Terms & Conditions

Please read our terms carefully before placing an order. By confirming your purchase with Fleet International LLP, you agree to the following conditions:

  1. Advance Payment: A 50–70% advance payment is required to confirm and initiate your order. Production and order processing will commence only after receipt of the advance payment.
     

  2. Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared before shipment release and dispatch of goods.
     

  3. Pricing: All quotations are subject to change based on raw material costs, freight charges, currency fluctuations, and product availability until the order is confirmed.
     

  4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Our standard MOQ is 90 cartons (approximately 38,000 units). Special requirements may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
     

  5. Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once production or procurement has commenced. Any cancellation request prior to production shall be subject to management approval.
     

  6. Production & Delivery: Production and shipping timelines depend on order quantity, product specifications, and destination country. Estimated timelines will be provided in the quotation.
     

  7. Samples: Product samples may be provided upon request and are typically delivered within 2 days, subject to courier availability.
     

  8. Export Documentation: Fleet International LLP provides all necessary export documentation required for international trade and customs clearance.
     

  9. Shipping Responsibility: Once goods have been handed over to the shipping carrier, transit timelines are subject to the shipping line, customs authorities, and local regulations of the destination country. Fleet International LLP shall not be held responsible for delays beyond its reasonable control.
     

  10. Product Quality: All products undergo quality inspection prior to dispatch. Fleet International LLP is committed to supplying products that meet agreed specifications and export standards.
     

  11. Force Majeure: Fleet International LLP shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, port congestion, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
     

  12. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution through mutual discussion and cooperation.
     

  13. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka, India.
